Kazem Hakimi: Portraits from a Chip Shop 2 May - 2 July Free entry Modern Art Oxford and Arts at the Old Fire Station present the first major exhibition of portraits by photographer Kazem Hakimi. Well known in the East Oxford community, Hakimi has been taking photographs for 30 years; for the past two years he has been working specifically on the OX4 project presented in these exhibitions. Body and Object Workshop Thu 27 April, 8pm Tickets: £8 Arts at the Old Fire Station, 40 George Street, OX1 2AQ An experimental life drawing class in response to Sonia Latchfords exhibition Shades of Black. The class will be guided and by Mirren Kessling, a fine artist based in Oxfordshire. All abilities are welcome, this is a chance to come and relax by doing some observational drawing.
